Vanit Mittal

Vanit is the founding partner at VMT & Co. LLP. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (with All India Rank in CA Final) with over 14 years of experience of working in large consulting firms like PwC, EY and KPMG. Vanit has graduated from Punjab University, Chandigarh and holds a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK.
Vanit has assisted several clients with IFRS/ US GAAP conversions, IPO’s, Audit/Assurance, Trainings, Companies Act, 2013 implementation, Transactions Accounting Advisory, Financial Reporting Process advisory, and other complex areas like ESOP’s, revenue recognition, financial instruments, deferred taxes, lease structuring etc. across a broad range of industries including Information Technology, Telecom, Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals, Cement, Auto, Energy and Natural Resources etc. Vanit has served clients both in India and other geographies like USA, Europe, Middle East.
He is also actively involved in conducting trainings regularly on Ind AS/IFRS topics for Corporates, industry bodies as well as at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Vanit carries open minded approach to provide optimum solutions to suit business needs as well as technical literature available.

Mrinal Tayal

Mrinal is the founding partner at VMT & Co. LLP. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (AIR 7 at PE II) with over 10 years of experience of working in large consulting firms like PwC and KPMG. He is also an alumni of Shri Ram College of Commerce. He has extensive audit and accounting advisory experience across a sector of industries including IT/ITES, Media, Natural Resources, Oil & Gas, Cement, Consumer Goods and Chemicals Industry. He has worked with both large Indian locally grown businesses and renowned multinational companies. He has worked on various assignments including Ind AS/IFRS conversions projects, technical accounting advice, statutory audits, due diligence, Companies Act 2013 transition, tax structuring, acquisitions and business combinations. He has serviced clients in India, the USA and Oman.
He is also involved in conducting trainings on Ind AS/IFRS topics for Corporates as well as at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also been a visiting faculty at a prestigious private university based out of the Delhi/NCR region. Mrinal has an objective and consultative approach to developing solutions for his clients and is committed to meeting their expectations.
